Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TicketStack (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
TicketStack lets you save, organize, and design digital keepsakes of tickets for events you've attended. A free plan includes storage for up to 10 tickets. A paid subscription removes that limit and unlocks additional features (stats, badges, and future premium features).
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the TicketStack app, at the price shown when you subscribe. It is billed by the store you subscribed through (Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone) and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. On Android, cancel in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy of that store, alongside any rights you have under consumer law. Premium also unlocks your account on ticketstack.app, but it can't be bought or managed there. We never see or store your card details.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and ticket information you upload or create in the app ("your content"). You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the app's functionality to you. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't infringe someone else's rights or break the law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account in the app or Settings on ticketstack.app. This permanently removes your tickets, uploaded images and profile. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it first as described above.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost, though we take reasonable steps to prevent that.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
