Need a hand?

Tap + and take a photo of your ticket or choose one from your photos. TicketStack reads the details off the ticket so you only need to check them. No photo? Fill in the details and TicketStack designs a ticket for you.

Your first 10 tickets are free. Premium gives you unlimited tickets and badges for £2.99 a month or £24.99 a year. UK price shown - prices in other countries are set locally by the store.

In TicketStack go to Profile and tap Manage next to your plan. You can also cancel from your phone's settings:

• iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > TicketStack
• Android: Google Play > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Premium keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.

Your tickets are saved to your account, not your phone. Install TicketStack on the new phone and sign in with the same account as before. They'll all be there.

Check you're signed in to the TicketStack account you upgraded on. Then go to Profile, tap Upgrade and tap Restore Purchases. Your phone needs to be signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Still stuck? Email us with the date you paid.

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google there's no password to reset. Just tap that button again.

Check your spam or junk folder. On the verify screen tap Resend email for a new link, or tap Use a different email if the address has a typo.

Yes. Sign in at ticketstack.app/app to see and add tickets in your browser. You'll need to create your account in the app first.

In TicketStack go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, your tickets and any photos you've uploaded. Can't get into the app? Follow the steps on our delete account page.
