TicketStack ("we", "us", "the app") lets you save, organize, and design digital keepsakes of tickets for events you've attended. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

Account
Email address, display name, and a unique account ID. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the identity token they provide (name/email), not your password.
WhyCreate and secure your account; sign you in.
Your content
Ticket details you enter or import (event name, date, venue, category, notes) and ticket photos you upload, take, or generate in the app.
WhyThis is the core of the app - storing and displaying your ticket collection.
Subscription & billing
Your plan and renewal or end date, linked to your account ID. Subscriptions are bought through Google Play or the App Store, so card details go straight to Google or Apple and never reach our servers.
WhyProvide and manage your paid subscription.
Diagnostics
Crash reports, basic device information, and app performance data.
WhyFind and fix bugs.
Usage analytics
Which screens and features you use, tied to your account ID.
WhyUnderstand what's working and improve the app.
Push notifications
A device notification token, only if you grant notification permission.
WhyDeliver reminders and updates you've opted into.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each acting on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud - authentication, database, file storage, crash reporting, analytics, and push notification delivery.
  • RevenueCat - keeps track of your subscription across the app and the website, using your account ID.
  • Google Play - subscription payments on Android, under Google's privacy policy.
  • Apple App Store - subscription payments on iPhone, under Apple's privacy policy.
  • Vercel - hosts the ticketstack.app website, which records standard request logs such as IP addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and ticket data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account in the app or Settings on ticketstack.app, which removes your profile, tickets and uploaded images. It does not cancel a subscription, which you cancel through Google Play or the App Store. Some records may briefly persist in backups or with our payment providers for a limited period afterward, consistent with standard operational and legal retention practices.

Your choices

  • You can review and edit most of your account and ticket information directly in the app.
  • You can delete your account and associated data at any time in-app.
  • You can turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
  • To request a copy of your data, or ask a question about this policy, contact us at the email below.

International data transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

Children's privacy

TicketStack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
